Common Problems

These are the most common problems we see:

Plantar Fasciitis - Planta fasciitis is an inflammation of the plantar fascia, a band of tissue under the foot.

Achilles Tendonitis - Inflammation of Achilles tendon and surrounding structures.

Sesamoiditis - Sesamoiditis is an inflammation of the sesamoid bones. The sesamoids lie on the bottom of the big toe joint. Due to their location, the sesamoids are exposed to massive forces and impact in running and jumping activities.

Stress Fractures - A partial or complete fracture of the bone as a consequence of overuse.

Heel Pain - Prepare properly before exercising. Warm-up before running or walking, and do some stretching exercises afterward.

Pronation - One of the most common causes of foot and leg discomfort is a condition known as excessive pronation.
